Toasted, Las Vegas’ first Gastrobrunch concept featuring restaurateur Sami Ladeki’s mouthwatering breakfast and lunch cuisine, introduces its exclusively-all brunch menu served from 8am to 2pm Wednesdays through Sundays, to the Arroyo Market Square shopping center to continue to delight local brunch aficionados.
Officially opening to the public April 1, Toasted Gastrobrunch brings its playfully decadent brunch menu to Southwest Vegas expanding its lively daytime atmosphere to its 2nd location. Guests can look for the same sunny, bright yellow awning-covered patio the first location has come to be known for, where under it, the mimosas glasses clink and the syrup endlessly pours over staples like Red Velvet Pancakes and innovative versions of French Toasts including the Elvis French Toast.
Featuring the same imaginative preparations of distinctly brunch-time dishes including menu items like ABC Hash (Avocado, pork belly, cheddar, potatoes, 2 up eggs, scallions), Smoked Salmon Toast (Smoked salmon, eggs, pickled onions, capers, jalapeno cream cheese), Crispy Chicken & Cakes(Southern fried chicken, buttermilk pancakes, hot sauce syrup) and the house specialty Coconut Pistachio Kanafee (shredded phyllo, ricottas and mozzarella cheeses, coconut, orange blosson syrup, toasted brioche, pistachios). Lunch selections like Smoked Brisket Melt (brisket, sourdough, BBQ sauce, cheddar and jack cheese, fries) and The BLT are top choices. Specialty drinks include a Lavender Lemonade Mimosa(sparkling wine, lavender cordial, fresh lemon)Pisco Sours, and Blackberry, Peach, or Blood Orange Bellinis.
