The luxe, Mykonos-inspired Élia Beach Club located at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, part of Curio Collection by Hilton will return this spring for an exceptional pool season, opening its doors in late March 2022.
Élia Beach Club is a lush paradise, taking revelers on a journey to the Mediterranean with a lively and energetic vibe. Inspired by international beach destinations, Élia Beach Club boasts global design influences from the beautiful stonework accents throughout to the wood-framed cabanas and an inspired stage with state-of-the-art audio and visual, the focal point of the venue. The second floor of Élia Beach Club houses an additional pool and bar area, overlooking the sparkling sand-bottom pool and party below. Guests can cool down in the Living Room, located just below the second story pool, the shaded bar will offer signature cocktails. For guests seeking an elevated experience, Élia Beach Club offers 21 cabanas and 27 daybeds.
New this pool season, Élia Beach Club will be debuting a menu offering unique beachside bites. Guests can order from the new live grill, offering half lobsters and customizable skewers with guests’ choice of seafood, beef, summer squash or wild mushrooms and a choice of sauce. Additional items include oysters with green apple mignonette; scallop crudo with preserved lemon and Calabrian chili; prime rib panini with provolone and horseradish crema on ciabatta; 6-ounce burger with caramelized onion, pickled peppers, house-made pickles and cheddar cheese and more. Larger groups can enjoy shareable options such as the vegetable crudité or fresh fruit platter.

JC Hospitality has joined forces with Los Angeles-based lifestyle and hospitality company, Wish You Were Here Group, founded by restauranter Nick Mathers and creator of notable restaurants and hotspots including Élephante in Santa Monica, Virgin Hotels Las Vegas’ own Kassi Beach House and more, to oversee operations of Élia Beach Club. The Wish You Were Here Group team, including Jason Bartucci will oversee food and beverage direction and service training and creating an elevated guest experience.

Élia Beach Club will be open Fridays – Sundays starting at 11 a.m. Guests can expect announcements regarding talent lineup, inclusive of chart-topping artists from a variety of genres soon.
