Toast, anyone? Founders Coffee celebrates National Toast Day with all the toast your heart desires! On February 24, bread lovers are invited to create their own Toast Flight, selecting three delicious gourmet toasts to create their sampler platter. Toast Flights will be available at Founders St. Rose and Durango locations for $15.

Choose from Strawberries and Nutella with Sliced Strawberries and Nutella Spread; Blueberries & Cream with Honey Cream Cheese, Blueberries, Honey Drizzle and Coconut Flakes; Bananas Foster with Honey Cream Cheese, Sliced Bananas and Dulce De Leches Caramel Drizzle; Deluxe Lox with Smoked Lox, Chive Cream Cheese, Chopped Boiled Egg, Capers and Chives; Egg Salad with Chopped Boiled Egg, Pickled Relish, Chives and Garlic Aioli; or Avocado with Sun-dried Tomato, Garlic Aioli and Chives.

Mix & Mingle with Singles Mixer at The Front Yard | 2.25

Meet that special someone with a night out at The Front Yard at Ellis Island Hotel, Casino & Brewery! On February 25 from 7-9 pm, singles aged 25+ are invited to participate in a free Mix & Mingle Mixer hosted by Keeping It Casual Podcast – a dating and relationship podcast led by Vegas locals MJ and Bree.

The event will take place in The Front Yard’s terrace and encourages singles to make connections and mingle their heart away while participating in ice breaker games and one free wine or beer of choice with a specialty menu of small bites available for purchase. Enjoy a Cairo Knife Fight Concert at Soulbelly BBQ | 2.26

Head to the Arts District for legendary live music and BBQ! On Saturday, February 26, Cairo Knife Fight will take the stage at Soulbelly BBQ for their first ever Las Vegas concert and first performance in over 2 years. The show kicks off at 9pm at Las Vegas’ favorite BBQ joint with both old and new songs from Cairo Knife Fight’s collection. This event will mark the beginning of a new era of Cairo Knife Fight, led by Grammy Award-Winning songwriter and guitarist George Pajon Jr (credits include The Black-Eyed Peas, Fergie, Carlos Santana, Macy Gray, John Legend, Sting, Nas and Damien Marley).
