The sexy and romantic Kassi Beach House from famed restaurateur Nick Mathers will serve a special four-course dinner to celebrate Valentine’s Day. The dinner will be available February 11 – 14 for $60 per person. To accompany the meal, Kassi Beach House has crafted “A Kiss at Kassi,” a specialty cocktail made from Hennessy VS and raspberry compote, topped with egg whites for $19.
First course: oysters served with caviar, salmon crudo with bomba sauce, cucumber and sumac and Hamachi crudo with pineapple, jalapeno and chili salt
Second course: Wagyu meatballs and verde salad, green gem and oak lettuce with a seeded pistachio crumble
Third course: truffle tagliatelle with shaved truffle and pecorino, veal Milanese topped with arugula and shaved parmesan and grilled broccolini
Dessert: tiramisu with mascarpone, marsala, espresso and cocoa
Virgin Hotels Las Vegas’ signature Kitchen at Commons Club will serve a dinner designed for two. The “Lover’s Cut” prime rib dinner will be served with potato gratin, green beans and roasted garlic beef jus for $39 available on Monday, February 14 from 5 – 11 p.m.

Todd English’s Olives will serve as a sultry backdrop this Valentine’s Day, offering two pre-fixe menu options filled with the signature restaurant’s menu highlights and favorites, available on Monday, February 14 from 5 – 10 p.m.
