Hearthstone Kitchen & Cellar, located at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa in Summerlin, will offer brunch with bottomless roséand a live DJfor Galentine’s Day on Saturday, Feb. 12.
Hearthstone’s brunch menu includes dishes such as the California Benedict with roasted tomato, smashed avocado, sliced chicken breast, poached egg, hollandaise sauce and breakfast potatoes; the Loco Moco with fried rice, a grilled hamburger patty, black pepper gravy and a fried egg; breakfast pizza with bacon, sausage, poached egg, cheese and maple syrup; and prime rib French dip with sliced prime rib, caramelized onions, Swiss cheese, horseradish cream, herb au jus and fries.
Galentine’s Day brunch can be paired with bottomless rosé, priced at $25, mimosas or bloody marys. A live DJ will be playing to keep the energy flowing throughout the day.
