The Venetian Resort is preparing for Thanksgiving with exclusive menus at its signature restaurant collection. Visitors can enjoy all the classic holiday trimmings and then some, with diverse flavors from the South, Italy, China, France, and Asia, all under one roof. The Venetian Signature Restaurant Collection features the destination’s most talked-about culinary concepts including the renowned Mott 32, Yardbird Southern Table & Bar and Matteo’s Ristorante Italiano, as well as restaurants by world-class chefs, including Thomas Keller, David Chang, and Buddy “Cake Boss” Valastro.
Majordōmo Meat & Fish
Chef David Chang always envisioned Majordōmo Meat & Fish to be the pinnacle of “celebratory dining.” Consequently, the chef is kicking off the holidays early with a Thanksgiving menu to celebrate. Diners can expect twists on seasonal favorites in true David Chang style, like truffle macaroni and sweet potato pie. Other menu choices include king crab featured in the seafood plateau, plus Sichuan peppercorn black bean striped bass, and smoked prime rib. This special menu will be available November 19 through December 28.
“I’m thankful for what I have instead of what I don’t have.”
- David Chang
A special menu at Bouchon by Chef Thomas Keller will have diners counting their blessings, featuring French fare at its finest, including Dinde Rôtie, a traditional turkey meal with all the trimmings. Other menu options include Soupe à la Courge (butternut squash soup), Boef Borguingnon (red wine braised beef short rib with fingerling potatoes, button mushrooms, bacon lardons, pearl onions, carrots and sauce Bordelaise, Ou), and Coquilles St. Jacques (pan-seared scallops with roasted winter risotto). Reservations are recommended as this menu will only be available on Thanksgiving, November 26.
sixth + mill Ristorante Pizzeria Bar
sixth+mill is serving up Turkey Day staples, with Southern Italian flair. Roasted pumpkin soup with apple chutney, sage, and cranberry sauce sounds as good as it tastes. Chestnut ravioli with sage brown butter and black truffle create bursts of autumn with every bite. It’s like Thanksgiving in Italy without a passport. Reservations are recommended as this menu will only be available on Thanksgiving, November 26.
“Thanksgiving brings me back to childhood memories and our tradition in Italy where we sit down with our respective grandparents, all of the favorites, and always end up playing cards, board games, share the laughs, tell stories and jokes. Its very cordial, festive, family oriented, and a day to give thanks so its meaningful as well.”
- Chef Angelo Auriana
Looking for a new Thanksgiving experience? Mott 32, recently named the Best Strip Restaurant for 2020, is the place to go for modern Hong Kong cuisine. Indulge in Asian favorites, including crispy fried squab, sea cucumber, and fresh seafood crispy rice soup. For your main entrée, diners can enjoy geoduck. Pronounced “gooey duck,” the world’s largest burrowing clam is known for its sweet flavor. The Mott 32 holiday specialty is prepared two ways: sauteed with XO sauce, or with salt and pepper. Reservations are recommended as this menu will only be available on Thanksgiving, November 26.
Yardbird Southern Table & Bar
The hearty comfort and charm of a Southern Thanksgiving dinner is unbeatable. Yardbird Southern Table & Bar brings the best of the South to the Las Vegas Strip. The star of the show? Thanksgiving diners can choose to dine in or take it to-go. Reservations are recommended as this menu will only be available on Thanksgiving, November 26.
Matteo’s Ristorante Italiano
Matteo’s Ristorante Italiano takes fall inspiration from Northern Italy. Savor roasted chestnut soup with caramelized apples, and a bone marrow crostini. Ricotta roasted pumpkin dumplings provide a seasonal fix. And the turkey? Matteo is offering perfectly prepared diners a turkey breast and confit leg. “I have to say turkey is that interesting bird that everybody likes but everybody hates at the same time because its very difficult to cook. But if you take your time, master the techniques, or better yet, come join us for Thanksgiving, you will be fine.”
- Chef Angelo Auriana

Add a wine pairing to really complement the flavors. Diners are urged to leave room for a holiday dessert or two. The Cake Boss insists.
