Bonefish Grill is celebrating Halloween weekend by offering a Spooky Smoked Old Fashioned (available in-restaurant only), featuring Woodford Reserve Bourbon and a touch of maple with Angostura Bitters and Bordeaux cherry smoked with oak and served over a Colossal ice cube (prices vary by location but start at $12.90).

Additionally, for guests looking for an easy way to fuel up before their Halloween festivities, Bonefish Grill is offering a Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos Family Bundle that features their signature Bang Bang Shrimp® served with warm flour tortillas, shredded romaine, tomatoes, and lime sour cream. Spooky Smoked Old Fashioned Recipes

Ingredients:                                                  Volume:

Woodford Reserve Bourbon                  2 oz

Simple Syrup of choice                          .5 oz

Bordeaux Cherry                                   1  ea.

Bitters                                                  2 dashes

Other recommended materials:  Smoker, torch & oak chips, rocks & snifter glass

Procedure:

• Stir ingredients with ice 10x’s and strain over large ice cube in a rocks glass
• Add oak chips to Smoker and torch to fill glass with smoke.
• Cap glass with snifter to capture the smoke and allow oak flavors to mix with the old fashioned. 
• Uncap your cocktail and enjoy!

Helpful Hint:

If you don’t have a smoker, you can smoke your glass by torching an oak plank or fresh herbs and capping it with your rocks glass to capture the smoke flavors.
