Wynn Las Vegas is celebrating the holiday season with festive offerings throughout the resort from now to the new year. Guests can indulge with dining specials, take a holiday themed Master Class, and be transported as the resort comes alive with elegant holiday décor for the whole family to enjoy.
Transform traditional experiences into one-of-a-kind holiday memories with Wynn’s Master Classes available throughout December.
- Holiday Cocktail Entertaining: Wynn’s resort mixologist Mariena Mercer Boarini will share how to prepare her creative holiday cocktails, including festive favorite “Sleigh All Day,” for at-home celebrations. Friday, Dec. 10 at 2 p.m.; $125 per person, plus tax. Guests must be 21 years or older to attend.
- Holiday Treat Trimming Class: Now in its fifth year, this guest favorite workshop with Executive Pastry Chef Patrice Caillot shows guests how to create edible sugar cookie ornaments and other holiday delights while enjoying artisanal hot chocolate. Saturday, Dec. 18 at 1 p.m.; $125 per person, plus tax.

Holiday Drink Specials
Wynn resort mixologist Mariena Mercer Boarini has crafted a selection of festive cocktails that will leave guests in the holiday spirit. Her spirited libations include:
- Sleigh All Day – This holiday inspired sparkler features Grey Goose Essence White Peach & Rosemary Vodka, Cointreau, spiced-orange cranberry rooibos tea syrup, lemon juice, rosé sparkling and is garnished with cranberries and rosemary. Available at select lounges throughout Wynn and Encore.
- Silver Lining – A spiced version of the classic Old Fashioned made with Woodford Reserve, Giffard Apricot Liqueur, coco chai syrup, and Angostura bitters served with a blood orange chip. Available at Tableau and the Wynn pool deck.
- Happy Camper – Mercer Boarini’s Moscow mule for sweater-weather features Grey Goose Essences White Peach & Rosemary Vodka, coco chai syrup, lime juice, and ginger beer and is finished with a rosemary sprig. Available at Tableau and the Wynn pool deck.
- Wonderful Life – The Hot Toddy receives an upgrade with Bulleit Rye, St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur, lemon juice, gingersnap spiced honey, hot water and a cinnamon stick. Available at Tableau and the Wynn pool deck.
The Café at Wynn Las Vegas will also feature festive non-alcoholic beverages such as Pumpkin Spice Latte, Cinnamon Roll Latte, Caramel Crème Brulee Cold Brew, and a Spiced Apple Green Tea.

To celebrate Christmas, several Wynn and Encore restaurants will offer dazzling holiday menus curated by Wynn’s world class chefs. Holiday specials will be served on December 25 and include:
Allegro
Enjoy a spin on Christmas classics with Executive Chef Enzo Febbraro’s holiday specials including Lamb Ossobuco served with parmesan risotto and Baked Pinwheel Pasta with prosciutto cotto, fontina cheese, spinach, pink sauce, and parmesan cheese. Allegro’s complete a la carte menu will also be available for guests.
The Buffet
The Buffet at Wynn Las Vegas will offer the ultimate Christmas feast for $74.99 per person that includes a diverse selection of offerings including cooked to order dishes like Hot Steamed Crab Legs with white wine beurre blanc; Lobster Claws from the cold seafood station; mouthwatering Prime Rib, Bone-In Ham and Peking Duck from the carvery station; and a selection of seasonal sweets and desserts.
Jardin
Supplementing its full a la carte menu, Jardin will offer a three-course, $75 prix fixe menu on Christmas Day. Guests can choose between appetizers of Roasted Chestnut Soup with black truffle crème fraiche, brown butter, and herb croutons, or Scallop Crudo with blood orange brodo, Fresno pepper, and basil oil Herb & Butter Roasted Prime Rib with whipped potatoes, greens, wild mushrooms, and creamy horseradish, or Lobster Pot Pie with Maine lobster, marble potatoes, globe carrots, and lobster cream as an entrée; and will be treated to an edible Christmas Ornament made with white chocolate mousse, fresh berry compote and vanilla bean sponge for dessert.
Lakeside
Enjoy breathtaking views and dive into the spirit of the holidays with Executive Chef David Middleton’s Christmas menu specials like Kanpachi Crudo served with black truffle, citrus aioli, ninja radish, and fried shallots; White Truffle Risotto with Grana Padano cheese and roasted chicken jus; Wild Seabass with truffle lyonnaise potatoes and red wine lobster sauce; and Surf’n’Turf, a six ounce Snake River Farms New York Strip and Maine Lobster Tail with duchess potatoes, port onions, and truffle bordelaise sauce. Guests will also be able to order from Lakeside’s complete a la carte menu.
Sinatra
In addition to Sinatra’s full a la carte menu, Executive Chef Theo Schoenegger will offer a Christmas prix fixe menu featuring Raviolo, alobster and scallop filled ravioli with coral emulsion and micro chervil; Capriolo, a venison loin wellington served with chive mashed potatoes and green bean casserole; and Cioccaloto, a light milk chocolate mousse with hazelnut, crunch and cream, and chocolate sponge. The three-course prix fixe menu is available for $105 per guest, excluding beverages, tax and gratuity.
SW Steakhouse
Celebrate Christmas with special dishes from Executive Chef Mark LoRusso, in addition to the full a la carte menu. The festive dishes include White Truffle Ravioli with sheep milk ricotta and shaved parmesan; Rosemary-Mustard Crusted Prime Rib with beef tallow popovers, horseradish potatoes, and peppercorn au jus; and Bavarian Sticky Toffee Pudding with a vanilla bean ice cream and rum butter sauce.
Tableau
Tableau will offer Christmas Day brunch specials including Duck Rillette with pickled vegetables, red wine mustard and a side of country bread; Short Rib Benedict braised in red wine and served with an artisan English muffin, two poached eggs, Tableau potatoes, and a chive hollandaise; and a special Christmas Day dessert from Wynn resort pastry chef Patrice Caillot. Tableau will also offer it’s complete a la carte menu.
Terrace Pointe Café
Complementing its full a la carte menu, Terrace Pointe Café will offer Christmas specials like Christmas Panettone French Toast served with mascarpone cream and aged bourbon maple syrup; Short Rib Benedict on a brioche bun with peppercorn hollandaise and crispy leeks; and Eggnog Cheesecake Crumble topped with salted caramel pistachios.
New Year’s Eve
Wynn Las Vegas invites guests to ring in the new year at one of several New Year’s Eve Galas taking place at select Wynn and Encore restaurants. Reservations are required for guests dining from 9 p.m. onward, at which time each restaurant will exclusively offer a multi-course, prix fixe menu.

Allegro
Guests at Allegro can enjoy a welcome Prosecco cocktail followed by a special New Year’s Eve prix fixe menu including family style portions of Grilled Octopus and Colossal Shrimp Salad with sea urchin vinaigrette; Beef Capaccio with black truffles and ricotta salata; and Burrata Caprese with house made burrata cheese and prosciutto. After a course of Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli with four cheese fonduta and sundried tomato pesto, guests can choose between entrées of Veal Chop Parmigiana with maitake and cremini mushrooms; Roasted Striped Bass with spinach, pine nuts, raisins, and lobster bisque reduction; or a Filet Mignon with vegetable caponatina, potato cake, marsala foie gras reduction. For a sweet finish, guests will enjoy Sopresa al Cioccolato di Capodanno, a New Year’s Eve Chocolate Surprise. Prix fixe dining is priced at $175 per guest.
Casa Playa
Wynn’s newest dining experience, Casa Playa, will welcome guests to a “Celebracion para Compartir” with Chef Sarah Thompson’s elevated three-course prix fixe menu of coastal Mexican cuisine for $195 per guest. Starters include a Masa “Blini” with Caviar and Crema with a choice of Kampachi and Poblano Tiradito with avocado and finger lime, orHokkaido Scallop and Cucumber Aguachile with wasabi and jicama. For the second course, guests will have a choice of Butternut Squash Tamai with brown butter and salsa pepita, or Octopus Huarache with white ayocote beans and watercress. The third course features sharing platters of Beef Barbacoa with housemade salsas and artisan tortillas; Mole de la Casa topped with herbs and toasted sesame; and Blistered Shishitos. Buñuelos with dulce de leche ice cream, Mexican chocolate and toasted coconut finish out the meal.
Lakeside
Guests can celebrate New Year’s Eve in style at Lakeside with DJs, dancing and party favors along with a prix fixe menu from Executive Chef David Middleton. The six-course menu is priced at $475 per guest and highlights seafood sourced from around the globe and includes Big Eye Tuna Tartar with cucumbers, crispy potatoes, Osetra caviar, and truffle yuzu aioli; King Crab Salad with Asian pear, fennel, avocado, and coriander-brown butter aioli; White Truffle Risotto with winter vegetables, parmesan, and roasted chicken jus; Seared Diver Scallops with Périgord black truffle, savoy cabbage, shiitake mushrooms, vin jaune sauce; Snake River Farms American Wagyu Short Rib with goat cheese polenta, Bloomsdale spinach, and pickled shallot gremolata; and 2022—A Chocolate Sensation featuring a dark chocolate dome with chocolate Crémeux, and white chocolate ice cream accompanied by a Champagne toast.
Mizumi
Executive Chef Min Kim brings the flavors of the Far East to Mizumi with a decadent five-course prix fixe menu, available at $375 per person, including Sakizuke Pacific rock oysters, plum wine, yuzu gel, and ponzu; Mizumi Signature Sashimi Sampler comprised of yellowtail hamachi carpaccio, wild Japanese snapper sashimi usuzukuri, seared Hokkaido scallop with yuzu-honey dressing, and wild blue fin tuna belly sashimi with black pepper soy sauce and Osetra caviar; Agemono Tempura with New Zealand red snapper, green chili infused vinegar, and cilantro grapefruit salad; Wagyu Gyoza Dumplings filled with Kobe beef, Hokkaido snow beef, and seven-year aged black vinegar sauce; Miso Toothfish Saikyoyaki, sweet saikyo miso glazed toothfish served with pickled Japanese vegetables and karashi mustard; A5 Kobe Wagyu Striploin Steak with a shio koji marinade, yakitori glaze, celeriac puree, and garlic ponzu; Sushi Omakase; and Mizumi Signature Sweets. The evening includes a champagne toast and party favors.
Sinatra
Sinatra will celebrate New Year’s Eve Rat Pack style with Executive Chef Theo Schoenegger’s festive five-course menu at $395 per person featuring Crustacei, a grand presentation of Maine lobster, king crab, jumbo shrimp, oysters, clams, and assorted dipping sauces; Agnolotti Quatro Formaggi e Tartufo Nero four cheese filled agnolotti with winter truffles; Pesce San Pietro, a butter poached Saint Peter’s fish, Romanesco risotto, lobster coral emulsion, Osetra caviar, and chive oil; Duetto di Vitello, roasted boneless veal rib roast, braised veal cheeks, parsnip puree, glazed brussels sprout petals, and foie gras emulsion; and finished with a Champagne toast and photo-worthy 2022 Celebration Dessert.
SW Steakhouse
Wynn’s iconic Lake of Dreams acts as a backdrop for one of the swankiest New Year’s Eve parties in town at SW Steakhouse. The exclusive event includes a DJ, dancing and party favors in addition to an indulgent prix fixe dining experience from Executive Chef Mark LoRusso. The special menu is $495 per guest and includes a Seafood Spectacular featuring Maine lobster, Pacific blue shrimp, oysters, hamachi, and scallop crudo; White Truffle Ravioli stuffed with sheep’s milk ricotta and Manchego cheese; Butter Poached Alaskan King Crab with Meyer lemon and Osetra caviar butter; a Tasting of SW Premier Beef including Snake River Farms New York Strip and Certified A5 Japanese Wagyu Strip served with black truffle pomme puree and parmesan creamed spinach; and finishes with SW’s Gold Bar, ahouse made caramel infused with Louis XIII Cognac, praline crunch, and dark chocolate ganache adorned with 24K edible gold. Guests will also be treated to a Champagne toast and assorted petit fours.
New Year’s Eve Weekend at XS
Party-goers can ring in the new year at XS with some of the top DJs in the industry. The celebrations start on Thursday, Dec. 30 at 10:30 p.m. as Diplo takes the stage. On Friday, Dec. 31 guests can anticipate XS to be decked out in celebratory décor, receive New Year’s Eve party swag like hats and horns, enjoy a live countdown with the Grammy Award-winning duo, The Chainsmokers, and then party the night away in one of the world’s most recognized nightlife venues.
