1228 Main, located in the vibrant Las Vegas Arts District at 1228 S. Main St., has extended its beloved bread making classes, now held bi-weekly from 3 to 4 p.m. on Wednesdays through the remainder of the year.
Led by Head Baker Noel Rosello, these classes offer a fun and interactive experience for bakers of all skill levels.

Along with the chance to roll up their sleeves and hone their bread making skills, participants can enjoy wine, light snacks, a Q&A session with Rosello, a recipe card, and a small container of sourdough starter, all for $60 per person.
Each class demonstrates the entire baking process from start to finish, with some pre-prepared items to demonstrate the final stages, ensuring a complete understanding of each step, including the post-resting period. Participants can take home their delicious creations and will receive a recipe card to practice their new skills at home.
In addition to its engaging baking classes, 1228 Main takes guests on a culinary journey through breakfast, lunch and dinner. Guests can enjoy a variety of dishes from delectable small bites like Ora King salmon sashimi and slow-roasted pork belly to hearty options such as the Wagyu smash burger and heritage pork chop. The enticing bar also boasts tantalizing cocktails like “Sabotage,” featuring Lunazul Blanco Tequila, Fresno agave, lime, and Topo Chico, along with an array of wines and local brews, making it the ideal spot for both dining and socializing in the bustling Arts District.
