Hearthstone Kitchen & Cellar, located at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa in Summerlin, will offer a special feast available Christmas Eve, Friday, Dec. 24 and Christmas, Saturday, Dec. 25.
The Christmas feast will include hearth baked brie with crusty ciabatta and bacon jam, priced at $14; herb crusted rack of lamb with red wine demi and wilted rainbow chard, priced at $52, or Chilean sea bass with lobster crème sauce and confit baby potatoes, priced at $48; and gingerbread flan with spice crumble and eggnog Chantilly, priced at $12. The regular dinner menu will also be available.
Hearthstone will be open 4 – 10 p.m. on Christmas Eve and 2 – 8 p.m. on Christmas Day. Reservations are encouraged and can be made on the website here or by calling (702) 797-7344.
