Vegas’ hottest LGBTQ+ bar announces ‘very-Mary’ holiday-themed drag shows, seasonal drink specials and a post-Christmas charity event benefiting the homeless youth to continue spreading cheer & queer
Sin City’s hottest gay bar, The Garden Las Vegas, welcomes the holi-gay season with magical Friday night drag shows the rest of December filled with classic yuletide carols and naughty shenanigans.
Starting now and continuing on December 10th and 17th, with a 12:30 a.m. showtime, partygoers can expect the unexpected and enjoy The Garden’s production of ‘Ho Ho Ho! A Very Drag Christmas – A Holi-slay Spectacular!’ in the heart of the Arts District. This festive production will include quintessential Christmas anthems like ‘All I want for Christmas is you’ by Mariah Carey featuring Ariana Grande and Kelly Clarkson’s ‘Santa Baby’. Resident Queens include RuPaul’s Drag Race alums Alexis Mateo and Coco Montrese, with Vegas’ local queens like Chevis Regal, Des’ree St James and Salem Night.
The girls, gays and theys can sip on holiday cocktails ($14) with yuletide cheer like Deck the Balls (Jack Apple, Grand Marnier, agave, cinnamon, bitters), Santa’s Naughty Brew (Jameson Black Barrel, cold brew, brown sugar, kahlua cream), and the Gimme S’more (Cognac, rumchata, cold brew, roasted marshmellows), to name a few.
Continuing the spirit of the holidays, the day after Christmas on Sunday, December 26th, The Garden Las Vegas will also host GRINCHMAS – an amazing charity event in collaboration with Greater Heights Creative, which will feature incredible live performances from local Cirque stars, artists and comedians. Grinchmas will also feature fun photo opportunities, and of course… a fully costumed Grinch host! The event is free to attend, although guests are encouraged to take advantage of Industry Night pricing on bottle specials and VIP tables, which will go towards the charity donation. 20% of the proceeds of the evening will be benefiting Project 150, a local non-profit that helps provide support to homeless youth.
Table reservations can be made by visiting thegardenlasvegas.com. Each show is 21+ and open to the public. To book VIP bottle service, please text or call the hosts at (702) 608-3423.
