The STRAT Hotel, Casino & SkyPod has announced its new lineup of “Home vs. Away” menu items, featuring tailgate dishes to honor football teams at PT’s Wings & Sports available exclusively every Friday through Sunday.
Each week, the “Home vs. Away” menu showcases hometown favorites from cities of teams playing Sunday night football throughout the corresponding weekend. Featured menu items include:
Friday, Oct. 15 – Sunday, Oct. 17
Inspired by the Seahawks, the warm piquillo pepper crab dip is crafted with manchego cheese and Dijon mustard, paired with French bread; and reflecting the Steelers, the barbecue chipped ham sandwich is smothered with barbecue sauce, dry mustard and served on a Kaiser roll.
Friday, Oct. 22 – Sunday, Oct. 24
Capturing the essence of the 49ers, PT’s will serve cioppino, made with shrimp, mussels, clams and tomato broth, topped with fresh herbs and served with a sourdough roll; and influenced by the Colts, root beer chicken wings, braised slow-cooked lollipop wings, drizzled in root beer barbecue sauce.
Friday, Oct. 29 – Sunday, Oct. 31
Echoing the Vikings, the “One Juicy Lucy” is a half-pound burger topped with cheddar cheese, special sauce, pickles and onions; and the Cowboys will be represented with the Texas barbecue platter, complete with smoked sausage and half-rack baby back ribs, paired with potato salad and corn.
Friday, Nov. 5 – Sunday, Nov. 7
Representing the Titans, the Nashville hot chicken includes spicy fried chicken, topped with pickles and served with fries; and the Rams will be represented by Korean barbecue, made with Korean-style beef short rib and napa cabbage kimchi, paired with white rice.
Friday, Nov. 12 – Sunday, Nov. 14
Mirroring the Raiders, the prime rib dinner includes a 12-ounce prime rib, paired with mashed potatoes, au jus and horseradish; and inspired by the Chiefs, the KC burnt ends brisket platter is crafted with burnt ends, sliced briskets, and paired with baked beans and coleslaw.
Drink specials will also be available during all professional football games, including bucket and 48-ounce pitcher specials, $10 drink specials, featuring Jameson, Absolut and double Jack Daniels for $14.
All football games will be shown at PT’s Wings & Sports, just steps away from the William Hill Sports Book, for convenient wagering from both viewing locations. Every seat offers prime views of multiple sporting events and betting odds with tickers on every screen, including an 8’ x 28’ LED wall and 11’ x 25’ LED screen behind the bar, plus 10 HDTVs throughout the restaurant and beer hall.
