Chinglish Wine Bar at Boca Park with owners Ken and Kitty Heck, celebrates its one-year anniversary on Saturday, October 9, 5pm – 11pm. Guests will receive complimentary champagne (must be 21+) and cake with paid meals.
The family-owned Chinglish Cantonese Wine Bar offers precise family recipes from Hong Kong at the refined Chinese restaurant in Boca Park. Highlights include Poh Poh’s chicken dumplings, candied walnut prawns, deep fried green beans, and in-house dry-aged Peking duck.
The family-owned local restaurant includes award winning Chef, chef Po Fai Lam, his wife Anna, daughter Kitty Heck, and her husband Ken Heck. Lam’s career spans 45 years, taking him to Hong Kong, Beijing, and San Francisco before landing in Las Vegas.
Brunch is served on Sundays, 10am – 3pm and includes specialty cuisine: Chinglish Omelettes, Char Slu Bao Sliders, Egg Foo Yung, Crispy Pork Belly and Hong Kong Mimosas. Happy hour specials are offered daily at 9pm, which features $5 draft beer and $7 wines, including signature drinks: Victoria Gilmet, Hong Kong Mule, French Martini and Pearl Mojito, as well as its vast selection of unique fine wines.
