The Goodwich, the “stacked-rite” sandwich restaurant located in Downtown Las Vegas (DTLV), is ‘back and stacked’ better than ever with locally crafted brews, reenergized seating and a forthcoming all-new weekend brunch menu.
On Thursday, October 15th, the beloved downtown sandwich shop reopens with its celebrated Goodwich gourmet sandwiches like the Falafel (Green Pea Falafel, Chickpea Puree, Kale Slaw, Red Pepper Feta Yogurt, Cucumber, Pullman loaf); Cuban-esque (Butt n’ Belly, Pickle Maystard, Swiss, Ham, Chicharron) and the GW Patty Melt (Ground Beef, Smoked Cream Cheese, Onion, Pepper Jack, Marble Rye) in addition to its scrumptious soups and sides.
Newly added menu offerings include an assortment of Vesta coffee options including its nitro coffee, local craft beerselectionsand a forthcoming ‘Good Breakfast’ brunch menu that will be available all day on Saturday and Sunday with additions like the The Proscuitto Happiness(Prosciutto, Scrambled Egg, Shredded Parmesan, Arugula Pesto, Croissant) – $10,Sundried Rollie Aioli (Spinach Wrap, Scrambled Eggs, Arugula Aioli, Sautéed Baby Spinach, Onions, Carrots) – $9, and Brekky Bread Bowl (Scrambled Eggs, Sugardale Ham, Jack & Cheddar Cheese, Fire Roasted Red Peppers, Tomato, Cheese Fondue, Sourdough Bread Bowl) – $10.
In addition to the enhanced menu, The Goodwich is also launching a locally crafted-brews menu and will offer crowd-pleasing cans including White Claws and Modelo Micheladas which guests can enjoy amid a recently renovated and more spacious and comfortable ordering and seating area. Upgrades in their dining area to create a perfect and relaxing atmosphere for friends and family to enjoy a stacked-rite sandwich or a boozy brunch.
Executive Chef Dave Simmons brings his pedigree at The Goodwich helm as the former executive chef at Gallagher’s Steakhouse and Lawry’s Prime Rib to create sophisticated sandwiches worthy of any foodie’s Instagram feed.
Masks are required upon entry; The Goodwich is located at 900 S. Las Vegas Blvd #120 Las Vegas, NV 89101; updated hours will be Monday through Friday 8 am – 4 pm, with the addition of Saturday and Sunday forthcoming brunch hours.
