“Vanderpump Rules” Stars James Kennedy and Raquel Leviss celebrated the birthday of their best friend, music artist Jesse Montana, in Las Vegas at hotspot day club Élia Beach Club, with a group of friends, while in town for the Life is Beautiful Festival.
The group danced under the sun, enjoying a VIP Cabana stage side as Sigala performed a set.
Raquel opted for a super sexy, high cut metallic gold one piece while James, shirtless, rocked printed swim shorts. The newly engaged couple had a blast dancing in the desert heat for their friend’s birthday, cooling off at the ÉliaBeach pool, and packing on the PDA.

At Élia Beach Club, the popular EDM focused daylife venue in Las Vegas which opened in June by nightlife leaders Jason ‘JRoc’ Craig, Michael Fuller and Mio Danilovic, the group danced the day away before heading to the festival at night, enjoying delicious food dishes, hydrating non-alch drinks like fresh coconuts and Caliwater, and specialty cocktails. Menu items such as fruit trays and acai bowls were also enjoyed by the group.
