Ahead of the season kicking off, the ARIA Resorts & Casino pastry team is constructing a colossal chocolate confection depicting the Raiders players, Allegiant Stadium, and the Las Vegas skyline.
Last night (September 8, 2021), Raiders Tight End Darren Waller came to face-to-face with his “sweet” lookalike handcrafted from 80 pounds of chocolate and 40 pounds of fondant.
The Raiders chocolate showcase can be seen at ARIA Patisserie starting September 13 and will remain on display throughout the season.
