Joy of Hot Dog, Corner Bar Management’s kitschy, neon-lit trailer serving over-the-top hot dogs in the Fremont East Entertainment District, invites guests to relish National Hot Dog Day with a 10% discount on its unique hot dogs on Wednesday, July 21.
Joy of Hot Dog’s innovative menu offers a variety of unconventional hot dogs, including A Walk in the Park, a vegan dog with sautéed vegetables, onions, red and green peppers, arugula, radishes and Green Goddess dressing; BLT Club, a bacon-wrapped hot dog topped with cheddar cheese, garlic Ranch, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, bacon bits and garlic chips; Chi-Town, a grilled hot dog enveloped in a poppy seed bun loaded with a pickle spear, hot peppers, Chicago relish, tomatoes, red onion, yellow mustard and celery salt; The Al Capone, a hot dog topped with a combination of diced tomatoes, sun-dried tomato pesto, caramelized onions, pepperoni and mozzarella cheese; Elvis, a classic twist on the King’s favorite, a hot dog topped with banana compote, peanut butter, bacon bits and crunchy peanuts; and more.
All Joy of Hot Dog selections are cooked to perfection: crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, served on Hawaiian sweet rolls. Each dog may be ordered with a 100% natural Patuxent Farms angus beef hot dog or Beyond Meat vegan Italian sausage. The complete menu may be found on the website at www.JoyofHotDog.com. The brightly colored trailer can be found at the corner of Fremont East and Las Vegas Blvd. at 506 Fremont St. and is open from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m. on Thursday and from 8 p.m. to 3 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.
