It’s a celebration of the red, white and brew! Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas is offering a special lineup of American classics with a Bavarian spin to celebrate Fourth of July from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Sunday, July 4.
Specials will include the Sommersalad mit Radieschen, a summer salad with Bavarian radish and paprika ranch; Fourth of July Wings, spicy breaded chicken wings with Bavarian bacon slaw, dark beer barbeque sauce and French fries; and a Gigantische Bierbratwurst, featuring a giant pork sausage with curry sauce, melted Swiss cheese and potato-cucumber salad. Guests can drink up to cool down with a German Electric Lemonade, made with Deep Eddy vodka, Marie Brizard Blue Curacao, fresh lemon sour and Hofbräu Original Lager.

Reservations are recommended and can be made by visiting HofbrauhausLasVegas.com or by calling 702-853-BEER (2337). Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas’ temporary hours are 4 to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Sunday.
