Throughout the month of June, the restaurants will be transforming signature desserts into rainbow editions, donating $1 from the sale of each dessert sold to local charities supporting LGBTQ+ youth. Desserts include the Wonder Wheel at Beauty & Essex ($38), Fortune Cookie at TAO ($15) and an Almond and Raspberry Jam Layer Cake at LAVO ($14).

Father’s Day

LAVO will celebrate dads with a trio of specials on June 20, including Santa Barbara Shrimp Risotto with asparagus, fresh herbs and parmesan cheese ($38), Wagyu Skirt Steak with roasted cauliflower, pickled ramps and Barolo wine sauce ($62) and for dessert, a Waffle Cake with ganache, gelato, fresh berries, chocolate and raspberry sauce ($21).

TAO is offering a 32 oz Prime Porterhouse Steak, Black Truffle Ramp Butter, Chinese Caesar Salad, Pickled Shiitake Mushrooms ($110)

Soiree Supper Club Sundays – launching June 20

Soirée Supper Club brings a decadent new dining experience to Sunday nights at LAVO Italian Restaurant.  Debuting June 20, the weekly supper club pairs the dining destination’s signature dishes, bottle service and new tableside libations with intriguing entertainment. You’ll never know what the night holds, from the moment you are led to the table by the maître d, if he even is who you think he is. Will the busser clearing your plates be swinging from a chandelier as the evening progresses? Do you dare share your secrets with the cigarette girl?  Only one way to find out…Bringing the 1960s New York era to the Las Vegas Strip, Soirée Supper Club is a chic beginning or end to any week.

New Cocktail Programs at TAO and LAVO

TAO and LAVO continue to expand on the cocktail program with more than 20 new cocktails across the venues, elevating the offerings with mixologist driven techniques and unique ingredients. Cold smoking, fat washing and experiential tableside presentations pair with vegan foams, butterfly pea flower and matcha, along with seasonal produce, off season preserves, and dehydrated herb and flower crystals.

Full Bloom Sundays

The ability to bloom relies on sun and water and as Las Vegas returns after a bleak year, there is no better place to celebrate a passion for life, love and music than Full Bloom Sundays at Marquee Dayclub. Resident Chris Lake headlined the launch on June 6 and will curate a summer-long lineup of house favorites, featuring the likes of Nora en Pure, Fisher, John Summit, Goldfish, Sidepiece and more.

Drenched After Dark

Every Sunday through 10:00 p.m. – late

Drenched After Dark is Marquee’s weekly Sunday night pool party. A swim soiree under the stars, complete with bottle service and late-night bites, Drenched is the perfect way to end the weekend or start the week. Swimming is encouraged.

Known the world over, TAO Nightclub sits atop the restaurant and delivers non-stop energy and an electric atmosphere, with three full-service bars, two main rooms playing a variety of hip hop and house, and state-of-the-art audio and lighting systems. For guests seeking ultra-VIP treatment, the nightclub offers eight private skyboxes. A voyeuristic design throughout the nightclub allows people to see the entire venue from almost every point in the room, while sexy performance vignettes, including nearly nude bombshells taking rose petal baths, can be seen nightly.
