Iconic lakeside destination to welcome new décor, cuisine and cocktails this fall
A new era in fine dining will debut at Bellagio this November as Prime Steakhouse, one of the city’s most revered culinary gems, redefines the classic steakhouse experience with a chic, modern-day design transformation coupled with menu enhancements.
Celebrity Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s timeless lakeside restaurant will continue providing the world-class hospitality and cuisine for which it is known while unveiling a contemporary new design that exudes elegance and sophistication.
Along with the refreshed aesthetic, Prime will pay homage to its time-honored menu while also celebrating the venue’s future with creative and thoughtful seasonal dishes, handmade cocktails and specialty wine selections.
“It’s an exciting time for me as a chef to carry Prime’s legacy into the future and to work alongside hospitality professionals who are as passionate as I am about delivering the best, most memorable experience in Las Vegas,” said Chef Jean-Georges. “This reimagination of Prime is a testament to Bellagio’s on-going commitment to investing in its culinary portfolio and after 25 incredible years they continue to elevate the standards for fine dining.
