Xavier Mortimer, the international, award-winning magician has plenty to celebrate.
On the heels of winning four prestigious “Best of Las Vegas Awards” the acclaimed Las Vegas headliner has recently surpassed over 10 million followers on social media, becoming one of the top, most-followed magicians online – in the world!
As one of the most-viewed illusionist online, Mortimer’s videos have had more than four billion views (3.6 billion on Facebook, 250 million on YouTube, 200 million on TikTok and nearly 100 million on Instagram), securing his position as a major social media influencer. This is an incredible achievement considering prior to the pandemic Mortimer was at a mere 40,000 followers – a far cry from this new and historic milestone.

During the pandemic Mortimer took to social media with his illusions while his live show, “A Magical Dream,”directed by French celebrity Alex Goude, was temporarily shut down at Bally’s Las Vegas so that he could continue to bring his illusions to fans around the world. As a result, in addition to having the most-viewed video on Facebook in 2020 (669 million views) he also had the most-viewed video in June 2020 with 354 million views. With all of this visibility, Mortimer caught the eye of numerous celebrities, musicians and television show producers to collaborate, expanding his reach ever further.
Among the celebrities who discovered Mortimer is multi-platinum selling singer/songwriter/recording artist Jason Derulo. In 2020, Derulo discovered the illusionist’s mind-blowing videos and reached out to collaborate on some new videos that took TikTok and Instagram by storm, garnering nearly 75 million views. Since their initial collaboration, Derulo and Mortimer recently created additional TikTok videos earlier this year.
In addition to his online success, Xavier was awarded four “Best of Las Vegas Awards” as “Best Family Friendly Show,” “Best Headliner” and “Best Value Show” for his live production, “A Magical Dream,” at Bally’s Las Vegas by the Las Vegas Review Journal.
