The award-winning cast of Potted Potter – The Harry Potter Parody at Horseshoe Las Vegas will make a special appearance and perform at Opportunity Village’s 10th Annual HallOVeen at the Magical Forest on Friday, October 27 at 6pm for one night only.
Tickets for HallOVeen are on sale at www.Halloveen.org. As one of the primary fundraisers for Opportunity Village, attending HallOVeen directly supports people with disabilities in Southern Nevada.
The current stars of Potted Potter, James Edwards and Nicholas Charles, are thrilled to support Opportunity Village with this special performance of an excerpt from their hit, family-friendly show at the castle stage deep within HallOVeen’s forest. Potted Potter recently celebrated its four-year anniversary with over 1000 performances and, this summer Mayor Goodman proclaimed Sunday, June 4, 2023, “POTTED POTTER – The Unauthorized Harry Experience” Day in Las Vegas.
Selling out to crowds around the world, Potted Potter will have you flying off your seat (or broomstick) with laughter. The perfect show for muggles, witches and wizards of all ages, this production of the boy who lived’s story combines all seven books into 70 hilarious minutes. The cleverly curated show includes all of your favorite characters, perfect Potter props, and even a live Quidditch match!
“Potted Potter is really a show for those that don’t know Harry (or what Quidditch is for that matter) as well as fans of the whole series,” said Las Vegas Magazine. “It’s a comedy feast of all seven [Harry Potter] books acted out by two hilarious performers in 70 minutes…an experience not to be missed!”
Spread across a 2.5-acre theme park that comes alive with spooky creatures of all shapes and sizes at night, visitors will meet many of these beings while walking through a cemetery surrounded by hundreds of decorated trees and jack-o-lanterns. Friendly witches and ghosts await your arrival, and as the night goes on, the spookier side of HallOVeen comes alive.
Admission to HallOVeen includes a treat bag and map to treat stations. In addition, iHeartMedia Las Vegas is an official HallOVeen partner, and three radio stations will be on-site during the event – Sunny 106.5, 95.5 The Bull, and 93.1 The Mountain – to hand out candy and prizes to attendees.
The event is open every night through Halloween at 5:30 p.m. The park closes at 9 p.m. Sunday-Thursday, and 9:30 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays. On Halloween, the park closes at 8:30 p.m. HallOVeen is located at Opportunity Village’s Oakey Campus, 6300 W. Oakey Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89146. Tickets for HallOVeen start at $24 if purchased online at www.Halloveen.org.
