Lotus of Siam at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa, the culinary destination known for its exquisite Thai cuisine and vibrant atmosphere, announces the eagerly awaited relaunch of “Champagne Party Brunch” on Saturday, Sept. 30.

Lotus of Siam’s opulent space transports guests to the heart of Northern Thailand, immersing them in an electric ambiance under the retractable roof in the open-air greenhouse. The menu reflects Lotus of Siam favorites including nam kao tod (crispy rice, sour pork sausage, cilantro, scallion, dried chilis, ginger, peanuts and lime juice) and the famed crispy garlic prawns.
Traditional Thai flavors are reimagined into sweet and savory brunch dishes, with offerings including shrimp toast with sweet-chili soy and toasted sesame, Thai-style steak & eggs with jasmine rice and Sua Rong Hai sauce, and Koong Sarong served with crispy bacon and wonton-wrapped shrimp with sweet and sour sauce. The menu also features raw bar offerings of oysters, ceviche of half-shell scallops in seafood sauce, and king crab cocktail with Thai condiments.
Guests celebrating their birthdays in September can reserve a table for up to 12 people with a preset menu, bottle of champagne, custom bottle presentation and personalized social media collateral to post on their platforms and invite friends. Lotus of Siam is also open for dinner on Sunday through Thursday 4-11 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 4 p.m. to 12 a.m. Proper Brunch is available Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., except Champagne Party Brunch.
