Tiramisu Cold Foam Affogato and Pecan Pie à La Mode Combine Best Ingredients from Each Las Vegas Venue
Crust & Roux – a gourmet pizza and pie concept – is teaming up with Founders Coffee to launch a limited-time, dessert collaboration.
Available through August 31 at Crust & Roux in Town Square, guests can enjoy the Tiramisu Cold Foam Affogato and Pecan Pie à La Mode that incorporate Founders’ espresso-infused cold foam into the pie-haven’s signature desserts.
Additionally, Founders Coffee will serve Crust & Roux’s fresh-baked strawberry and peach pies at each of its locations throughout August.

CRUST & ROUX x FOUNDERS COLLAB COFFEE DESSERTS:
- Tiramisu Cold Foam Affogato: Like a traditional affogato, this sweet treat features two staple flavors: espresso and vanilla ice cream. However, this dessert introduces a new twist by utilizing Founders’ espresso-infused cold foam over Crust & Roux’s ice cream.
- Pecan Pie à La Mode: The collaboration’s featured à la mode pours Founders’ espresso-infused cold foam onto vanilla ice cream resting atop a sweet and gooey slice of Crust & Roux’s homemade Pecan Pie.
Crust & Roux is open daily from 11 a.m. – midnight and is located in Town Square at 6825 S. Las Vegas Blvd Suite 120, Las Vegas, Nevada 89119.
