McMillian with the Grill N’ McMillian Brisket BBQ Pizza
The Evel Pie team is proud to team up with Mark McMillian once again to create a slammin’ BBQ lovers charity pie with proceeds benefiting St. Jude’s Ranch for Children!
Evel Pie is excited to collaborate with NFL vet Mark McMillian once again, this time creating a BBQ lovers pizza benefiting St. Jude’s Ranch for Children.

The “Grill N’ McMillian Brisket BBQ Pizza” starts with an olive oil base and is topped with brisket tossed in McMillian’s very own “Grill N’ McMillian Sweet Heat Craft BBQ Sauce”, balsamic marinated red and white onions, jalapeños, and mozzarella, and finished with chopped cilantro.
The pizza will be sold by the slice only for $7 each, with $1 from each benefiting St. Jude’s Ranch for Children, whose mission is to transform the lives of abused and at-risk children, young adults, and families by empowering them to create new choices and new hope in a caring community.

About Mark McMillian Mark was thought to be too small to play at an elite level. After a successful career at Alabama, he was drafted in the 10th round by the Eagles. A few years later while playing for the Chiefs, McMillian silenced the doubters by leading the NFL in interception return yards while finishing second in the league in interceptions. One of the smallest players in the NFL, McMillian won an Emmy Award in 1995 for his weekly segment on teammate Randall Cunningham’s weekly pregame show. The segment, titled Little Big Men, showcased highlights from players standing 5 ft. 9 in. or shorter. Since the end of his eight-year NFL career, McMillian has become a world-class sports broadcaster. McMillian can currently be seen as one of the Las Vegas Raiders Pregame Live NFL Analysts for 8 News Now. Mark has also become a world-class cook, launching his “Grill’N McMillian” brand – with the mission of bringing togetherness and unity through a unique cooking experience. Mark was recently just announced as one of the chefs appearing on the 2nd season of Gordon Ramsay’s hit FOX show Next Level Chef.
