CRUSH, Morton Group’s American grill at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino, will honor Independence Day with specialty dishes and a patriotic cocktail, available exclusively on Tuesday, July 4.
CRUSH Executive Chef William DeMarco will feature elevated classic American dishes to celebrate the Fourth of July. Available from 4:30 to 9:30 p.m., selections include lollipop chicken wings tossed with a sweet chili, garlic and parmesan sauce, priced at $16; angus mini burgers topped with a bacon marmalade and smoked cheddar cheese, priced at $18; baby back ribs prepared with a chipotle rub and house-made BBQ sauce, served with a side of cornbread, priced at $21; and half boneless BBQ chicken served with a side of mac and cheese and braised bacon kale, priced at $32.
To finish their meal on a sweet note, patrons can enjoy an eight-layer American chocolate cake, priced at $12.
Guests can also toast to America’s birthday with the Pop Rock martini, made with Flor de Caña rum, blue curaçao, peach schnapps, club soda and rimmed with Pop Rocks, priced at $18.
CRUSH’s full menu will also be available, including favorites like its woodfired grilled chicken pizza with roasted garlic and arugula, priced at $21; 8-ounce angus burger topped with applewood bacon and Vermont cheddar cheese, priced at $23; and its 8-ounce filet mignon topped with blue cheese fondue and served over fingerling potatoes and sweet onions, priced at $56.
