The rockin’ cantina will offer the Paparita, a specialty margarita crafted with Cabo Wabo Tequila, Grand Marnier and topped with a bottle of Dos Equis Lager beer; priced at $18.
Guests may pair the Paparita with a selection of signature dishes, including Sammy’s Tequila Shrimp, Baja shrimp with garlic and Cabo Wabo tequila-lime sauce, served with Mexican dirty rice; the CW Chimichanga, made with picadillo beef, mixed cheese and queso sauce, served with fresh guacamole; carne asada tampiqueña, grilled sirloin steak with cheese enchilada, guacamole, rice, beans and tortillas; among others.
