Recruitment Efforts to Occur May 22 –23 with In-Person Hiring Events to Fill Part-Time Positions Available in Security & Guest Experience, Parking, Custodial, Retail and Food Services
Allegiant Stadium has announced that its gameday in-person recruitment efforts will begin on Monday, May 22, 2023. The recruitment events will be held at Allegiant Stadium from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. on Monday, May 22 and from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m. on Tuesday, May 23 to fill the more than 2500 new, part-time gameday and event staff positions.
Available opportunities include roles in retail, food service, security, ticketing, guest service, custodial, parking and several other departments, during the ten Las Vegas Raiders home games played at the state-of-the-art Allegiant Stadium as well as other various sporting and entertainment events at Allegiant Stadium.
The Las Vegas Raiders and Allegiant Stadium ended the last season with high satisfaction marks – ranking in the top 5 in 13 categories – as published by Voice of the Fan, a weekly independent survey of fans attending the games of all 32 NFL teams. With more than 60% of staff members hired for the last two seasons retaining their positions, the over 2500 available part-time jobs for the 2023 season are expected to be met with excitement.
Applicants are encouraged to attend the in-person recruitment activities and must be at least 18 years old, with a valid ID upon arrival. Current hiring partners include The Las Vegas Raiders, Silver and Black Hospitality, ABM, Parking And Transportation Group Las Vegas (PATG), ASM Global and S.A.F.E Management. Various available positions include event security teammates, guest experience teammates, ticket sellers, conversion technicians, retail events sales associates, event cleaners, flaggers, cashiers, cooks, and warehouse attendants.
Interviews will be held on-site immediately upon completion of the application process. The hiring event will be inside Allegiant Stadium and will provide an elevated experience for applicants which will include access to walk through multiple sections of the state-of-the-art stadium and participate in interviews on the field. Additionally, there will be giveaways as applicants leave the hiring event.
Applicants should be available to work at all ten Las Vegas Raiders home games, UNLV home games as well as various other sporting and entertainment events at Allegiant Stadium. Additionally, applicants may have the opportunity to work during Super Bowl LVIII as it will be held at Allegiant Stadium on February 11, 2024.
