MATCH SUMMARY:
Lights FC played their second of six consecutive USL Championship road games by taking on Orange County SC.
Las Vegas took a 1-0 lead into halftime with Liga MX and MLS veteran Erick “Cubo” Torres taking advantage of a fantastic Luke Stauffer cross, sending the ball to the back of the net with a header in the 44th minute.
In a thrilling 5-minute span, 3 goals were scored in the second half. Alex Villanueva tied the game 1-1 in the 60th minute, “Pato” Botello Faz scored his first goal with the Lights’ to regain the lead 2-1 in the 62nd and OCSC leveled it in the 64th-minute courtesy of Milan Iloski.
Las Vegas native Azriel Gonzalez made his Lights FC debut by coming in as a second-half substitution.
