The hottest new restaurant and 700 Fremont nightclub concept to open downtown
Chingon Hospitality Group is proud to announce expanding its revolutionary concept with its first Southern Nevada location. With roots in Tepatitlán Jalisco, Mexico, ZAI Las Vegas, the hottest new restaurant, along with 700 Fremont nightclub, will celebrate its grand opening in downtown Las Vegas on March 31.
“We are excited to bring our unique concept to the entertainment capital of the world,” says Founder Chef Noé Alcalá. “Our goal is to provide our guests with an unforgettable dining and nightlife experience that combines the best of great gastronomy and music in Las Vegas entertainment.”
ZAI is more than just a restaurant; it is an experience with guests being transported to the vibrant experience with every bite and beat. Its menu boasts cuisine from multiple gastronomies with a modern twist, made with fresh ingredients and traditional and modern techniques.
Appetizers include corn ribs with cobs cut lengthwise and topped with spread, cotija cheese seasoned with tajin and cilantro, and the flavor explosion with pop rocks candy. Sushi Bunker combines shrimp, crab, cucumber, avocado, crispy onion, and carrots seasoned with serrano and topped with honey yum yum and eel sauce.
For a Latin taste, the enchiladas are filled with duck confit and Chinese pancakes topped with Chilhuacle sauce and sour cream on a bed of lettuce. Fried Milk, maiz ice cream topped with berries, cinnamon popcorn, and caramel indulge sweets. Burgers, ribs, seafood, and chicken round out the menu, and guests can watch the action in the kitchen through its huge, open bay.
700 Fremont transforms the second floor into a high-energy rooftop nightclub. The hottest spot in town will feature top DJs and performers, state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems, and an energetic atmosphere that will keep guests dancing all night. Its weekly programming ranges from the hottest Latin, hip-hop, and Caribbean parties to open mic nights and drag shows.
With ZAI, Chef Noé plans to give back to his hometown of Tepatitlán by donating not only his time but also his knowledge and the facilities of his restaurant. Cooking classes for autistic children and events for marginalized regions are just some of the ways he plans to contribute to his community.
The restaurant and nightclub are located at 700 Fremont Street in downtown Las Vegas across from Container Park. For more info, visit zaivegas.com and follow on Facebook and Instagram @ ZAILasVegas.
