On Thursday, March 16, Rouge Room made its highly anticipated grand debut at Red Rock Casino, Resort & Spa with an exclusive, VIP opening event. The excitement was palpable as hundreds of Las Vegas’ most influential names gathered to celebrate the opening of the brand-new lounge by Wish You Were Here Group.
Those in attendance included influencers Sophia Culpo, Neels Visser, four-time Mr. Olympia winner Jay Cutler, Retired NFL running back Marshawn Lynch and Wish You Were Here Group Owner and Restauranteur Nick Mathers.
Upon arrival, guests made their way across the carpet and posed for photos in front of a beautiful floral step & repeat by Wild Nomad Flower Co. before being met with a glass of Telmont Brut Reserve from the interactive champagne wall. Beyond Rouge Room’s large, gilded double doors, attendees were whisked away to the golden age of a Vegas lounge experience with an elegant evening of live entertainment, imaginative cocktails and sophisticated culinary fare.
A custom ice sculpture adorned in champagne flutes greeted guests as they entered the sexy lounge, while Moulin Rouge-inspired dancers cascaded across the floor to sultry piano renditions throughout the evening.
Guests enjoyed craft cocktails and custom martinis from the experiential Martini Cart and savored elevated lite bites including Caviar on Toast, Black Truffle Croque Madame and Crispy Buttered Brioche Toast with Wagyu Tartare and Truffle.
The party continued on under the stars outside in the Rouge Cabana space, featuring a stunning view of the private pool, martini tower and a 1960’s film photobooth. The party reached a crescendo as DJ Peter Maes of PNAU and Matthew Handley of Yolanda Be Cool took over the turntables, keeping the energy of the party bumping until the evening concluded.
Rouge Room Lounge is now open from 4 p.m. – midnight, Thurs. – Sun. Rouge Cabanas, an upscale adult’s only pool experience featuring eight cabanas, multiple lounge-style seating options and full-service bar, is open 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. Thurs.-Sun. beginning Thursday, March 23.
