In what has been labeled as a down year in the ACC, a familiar face is at the top of the odds board. Despite being the four-seed in the tournament, Duke is the favorite at +270, followed closely behind by co-regular season champions Miami and Virginia. The ACC odds at Circa Sports are below:

By the numbers, the Big 12 has been the best conference this season. This is reflected in a wide-open conference tournament race, with six teams having odds of +1000 or better. The No. 1 seed and regular season champion, Kansas, is the favorite at +260, with Texas and Baylor right behind them. Below are the Big 12 odds at Circa Sports:

The Big Ten is the first conference to have a favorite at under +200. Led by likely player of the year Zac Edey, Purdue is a +160 favorite. Much of the year in the Big Ten has proved difficult to see who the second-best team was, and this is reflected in the tournament with Indiana, Michigan State, Northwestern and Maryland all +900 or lower to win the tournament. Illinois and Iowa also check in at +1500. If bettors want to fade Purdue, but are unsure who will win, Circa Sports have posted “no” lines on every team, and the “no” on Purdue is -195. The Big Ten odds at Circa Sports are below:
- Purdue +160
- Indiana +550
- Michigan State +550
- Northwestern +800
- Maryland +900

- Wisconsin +8500
- Nebraska +30000
- Minnesota +75000
There are two teams at the top of the Pac-12, clearly shown in the tournament odds. Both UCLA and Arizona are under +200, as virtual cofavorites at +170 and +180, respectively. USC and Oregon will try to spoil the tournament for those teams, as UCLA and Arizona vie for a one-seed in the national tournament. Below are the Pac-12 odds at Circa Sports:
- UCLA +170
- Arizona +180
- USC +600
- Oregon +830
- Arizona State +1800

- Oregon State +60000
- California +75000
The biggest favorite among the six major conference tournaments comes in the SEC. Alabama is a +145 favorite after winning the regular season title. Tennessee, Kentucky and Texas A&M are the only other teams under +1200 in this tournament. If bettors want to fade Alabama, the price on them not winning the tournament is -175. The SEC odds at Circa Sports are below:
- Alabama +145
- Tennessee +335
- Kentucky +400
- Texas A&M +550
- Arkansas +1200
- Auburn +1300
