March 8 is International Women’s Day and Larry Flynt’s Hustler Club Las Vegas is paying homage to the widely-celebrated holiday by hiring the first female GM to operate a gentlemen’s club in Las Vegas history. Brittany Rose was named General Manager earlier this month in an attempt to diversify the workplace which is male-dominant due to industry standards. 

“The adult entertainment industry as a whole is predominantly male-driven on the operations side, however, women take center stage when it comes to the club’s success,” said Brittany Rose, General Manager of Larry Flynt’s Hustler Club Las Vegas. “By accepting this position, I hope to break the glass ceiling for women in the workplace and create a domino effect that will influence clubs nationwide.”

Rose’s promotion is not the only effort the venue is making to diversify the nature of the business and celebrate women in power. Leadership recently hosted an appreciation party for its hundreds of entertainers who make up the bulk of the club’s business and are at the forefront of its success.

The nightlife establishment has placed multiple women in administrative roles, including Director of Community Relations, Executive Director Of Operations and Vice President Of Solutions. Internal career opportunities have recently become available, allowing the club’s entertainers to grow within its network of affiliate venues as traveling social media strategists and content creators.
