Cabo Wabo Cantina, located inside the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, will dine and drink throughout the college basketball tournament, hosting March Mayhem viewing parties with game day bites and cocktails beginning Thursday, March 16.
While watching the college tournament games, fans can indulge in classic courtside bites, including carne asada tacos, corn tortillas topped with grilled steak, salsa arbol, avocado, cilantro and onions; the nacho platter, topped with a house cheese blend, beans, jalapeños, queso sauce, cotija cheese, pico de gallo, sour cream and guacamole; and chicken wings, served with hot and spicy barbecue sauce and ranch dressing; among others.
Cabo Wabo will serve its signature cocktails, including the “El Santo,” made with Santo Mezquila, freshly crushed jalapeños, orange and pineapple juice, chipotle pepper and agave; “Can’t Drive 55,” crafted with Cabo Wabo Blanco Tequila, Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum, vodka, gin and lime, orange pineapple and cranberry juices, topped with Disaronno Amaretto; and “The Troublemaker,” made with bourbon, Aperol, ginger ale and fresh lemon; among others. Draft beer and tequila selections will also be available.
All college basketball games will be displayed on flat-panel, big-screen TVs, visible throughout the cantina. TV screens include a 200-inch video grid; 200-inch projection screen; a 110-inch high-definition TV; two 80-inch high-definition TVs; and 25 75-inch high-definition TVs.
Cabo Wabo will require a minimum purchase of $125 for guests dining up to four hours; and $200 for guests dining more than four hours on Thursday, March 16 through Sunday, March 19.
