The William Hill Sports Book at The STRAT features the latest betting technology, a spacious setting and a 110-foot wraparound high-resolution LED screen with 12 additional HDTVs where fans can watch all of their favorite sporting events. There are 88 seats in the sports book, as well as an additional 98 seats in the View Lounge, which overlooks the William Hill Sports Book.

Taken from the Chinese word meaning “eat,” CHĪ serves an array of authentic and reimagined Chinese and other Asian dishes. Reminiscent of a bustling Chinese alley restaurant, the street-inspired interior includes a variety of traditional and unique design touches and décor. McCall’s Heartland Grill will offer a special four-course menu for two, available exclusively on Tuesday, Feb. 14 and priced at $129. The flavorful meal will include chipotle Caesar salad, romaine lettuce tossed with shaved parmesan cheese, herb garlic croutons and chipotle Caesar dressing; a seafood trio appetizer featuring pan-seared buttered scallops, fried calamari and shrimp scampi; and a choice of entrée including a 16-ounce Creekstone Farms prime ribeye with wild mushroom au poivre, crispy smashed potatoes and roasted sweet carrots; or a 16-ounce seared salmon with Dijon citrus beurre blanc, wild mushroom au poivre and roasted sweet carrots; and strawberry champagne mousse layered chocolate cake for dessert. Adding to the romantic ambience of Valentine’s Day, McCall’s Heartland Grill will offer dinner and a show with a live performance by David DeCosta from 5 to 9 p.m. Part of Echelon Events Group, DeCosta will channel legendary singer, Frank Sinatra, and serenade the audience with a lineup of hits from the iconic “Rat Pack” era.

Top of the World offer a special Valentine’s Day menu, available Friday, Feb. 10 through Tuesday, Feb. 14. The iconic restaurant will add several decadent selections to the menu, including an appetizer of bacon-wrapped coconut tempura lobster tail with blood orange, chipotle glaze and field greens, priced at $26; a baby spinach, bacon and walnut salad, tossed with feta cheese, shaved red onion, strawberries and white balsamic vinaigrette, priced at $18; an entrée of roasted sea bass, served with orzo pasta and roasted poblano cream, priced at $56; and a decadent “Red Velvet Rose” dessert, made with strawberry Chambord mousse, red velvet cake and vanilla cream, priced at $14.
Top of the World will also offer a “Just Cocktails at the Bar” package to sip and take in breathtaking views of the Las Vegas Valley, including a complimentary bottle of champagne with a minimum purchase of $99 required. Observation Deck
The tallest freestanding observation tower in the United States at 1,149 feet tall and voted “Best Place to View the City” by Las Vegas Review-Journal readers is the Observation Deck. Located atop the resort tower on the 108th floor in the SkyPod, the newly remodeled Observation Deck offers expansive views of the city from indoor and outdoor observation decks. Big Shot
Strap into the Big Shot and prepare to be shot 160 feet in the air at 45 miles per hour, as guests overlook the majestic Las Vegas Valley. In a matter of seconds, the Big Shot thrill ride catapults 16 riders from the 921-foot high platform up the tower’s mast to a height of 1,081 feet and down again. Riders must be at least 48 inches tall to ride Big Shot. Riders under the age of 15 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Insanity
Insanity features a massive mechanical arm extending out 64 feet over the edge of The STRAT tower and stands at the height of over 900 feet. This thrill ride spins passengers in the open air at speeds of up to three ‘G’s. Riders are propelled up to an angle of 70 degrees then rewarded with a breathtaking view of historic downtown Las Vegas. Riders must be at least 48 inches tall to ride Insanity. Riders under the age of 15 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
X-Scream
Hovering 866 feet above the ground, X-Scream’s space-age, yet simplistic, design resembles a massive teeter-totter or rollercoaster unlike anything seen before. X-Scream propels riders headfirst, 27 feet over the edge of The STRAT Hotel, Casino & SkyPod. After being shot over the edge, guests are dangled weightlessly above the Las Vegas Strip before being pulled back and propelled over again for more fun. Riders must be at least 48 inches tall to ride X-Scream. Riders under the age of 15 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
SkyJump
SkyJump is a heart-pounding, open-air leap from 855 feet above the neon Strip, holding a Guinness World Record as the highest commercial decelerator descent facility. Day or night, guests can zoom toward the landing pad at speeds topping 40 mph. Jumpers must be 14 years of age or older and 52 inches or taller. Jumpers between 14 – 17 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who must sign an authorization waiver. Maximum weight allowed is 265 pounds.

Named “Best Place to Tie the Knot Like a Tourist,” the Chapel in the Clouds is the only venue in Las Vegas located 800 feet high above the Las Vegas Valley.
