The Barbershop will be showing the “Big Game” in their Prohibition-era inspired parlor with doors opening at 1 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 12.
VIP tables and bar seating will be available by reservation only and will include access to a buffet of elevated game day fare. VIP seating reservations are available for groups as well as bar seating.
The Barbershop’s beverage program features craft beers, premium liquors and signature cocktails for toasting all the big plays, including the “Irish Honey” made with Jameson Black Barrel Irish Whiskey, lemon juice, St. Germain and sage honey.
The game day menu at The Barbershop will include sliders made with a hand-pressed Wagyu beef patty topped with bacon jam, aged white cheddar and secret sauce; harissa spiced sweet potato fries with a side of tzatziki sauce; and a fiesta salad of mixed greens topped with black beans, avocado, aged cheddar, salsa fresca, corn and cilantro lime vinaigrette.
