Lights FC played their final home game of the 2022 USL Championship season by taking on Miami FC from the Eastern Conference.

It was Kick Cancer night presented by Comprehensive Cancer Centers of Nevada.
Las Vegas went into the halftime break with a 1-0 lead thanks to an own-goal from Luca Antonelli and multiple saves from Abraham Romero that kept the Lights’ net untouched.
The second half was fast and furious, full of scoring.
Lights FC extended their lead to 2-0 with a free kick executed by Danny Crisostomo that no other player touched on its way to the back of the net in the 66th minute, while Cal Jennings extended his franchise goal-scoring record to 22 with a goal in the 78th minute.
Miami put on a fight by cutting the Vegas lead twice with goals from Joaquin Rivas and Florian Valot, but Vegas was able to seal the win 3-2 to keep their hopes alive to advance to the playoffs as the team is currently only two points away from the final postseason spot in the Western Conference with one game left in the season.
Goalkeeper Abraham Romero saw his streak without allowing a goal snapped at 365 minutes in a game in which he recorded 6 saves.
