There is a little over than two months left until the 2022 Miss Silver State Pageant being held on Sunday, November 13, 2022 at Starbright Theater and applications are still being accepted!
The 2022 Miss Silver State Pageant is approaching with nearly two months left until it takes place on Sunday, November 13, 2022 at Starbright Theater. Contestants will have the opportunity to be crowned one of four titles in the Teen or Miss division: Silver State, Las Vegas, Golden State and Western Region.
This pageant is open to all states and applications are still open for girls to apply, new or current to the pageant life. The application is available on the Miss Silver State website.
To prepare for the pageant, Miss Silver State has workshops and/or events coming up for contestants:
- Wednesday, September 14, 2022 via Zoom from 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
- This prep course is FREE to all registered contestants and will provide tips and tricks on how the contestant can best present themselves. This session will also include a Q&A session for contestants to ask questions.
- Contestants can RSVP here.
- Sunday, September 18, 2022 at Jordance Studios from 12 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.
- This workshop is meant to provide tips on how to successfully answer interview questions and display excellent stage presence.
- Special guest Kataluna Enriquez will be present to assist in the walking technique portion of the workshop. She was Miss Silver State 2020, Miss Nevada USA 2021 and the first transgender contestant to run for Miss USA.

- Thursday, October 20-21, 2022 at Victoria Claires Formal Wear starting at 12 p.m.
- Stevent Grant Photoshoot & Kissandmakeup Houston
- The official Miss USA and Miss Teen USA Photographer and glam team will be visiting.

- Tuesday, October 25, 2022 at Rhythms Dance Studio & Event Center from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m.
- This workshop will be taught by Jason Rodriguez, a Dominican-American actor and dancer who has guest starred as “Enrico” on the HBO season finale of “The Deuce,” Movement Coach on Ryan Murphy’s “Pose” on FX and has been featured multiple times in the NY Times.
- Admission to this workshop is $55 and contestants can RSVP here.
- Wednesday, October 26, 2022, location TBD from 5 p.m. – 7 p.m.
- This special two hour workshop features Brittney Eskew with Eskew Consulting and the Miss Silver State team to improve contestants’ interviewing portion and walking techniques.
- Brittney has helped a variety of pageant girls such as Shayla Jackson, (Miss Georgia Teen USA 2020), Zoe Bigham (Miss Mississippi Teen USA 2020), Cora Griffin (Miss Georgia USA 2021), and more. Eskew Consulting offers services such as vocal coaching, choreography, social media strategies, college essays and more. One-on-one coaching is available by reaching out to brittney@eskewconsulting.com.
