Southern Nevada Pickleball Club to Host 1st Annual Teachers Invitational, July 30
Southern Nevada Pickleball Club will be hosting the 1st Annual Teachers Invitational to teach the sport of pickleball to teachers, provide a fun teacher engagement event and grow the sport in CCSD.
Southern Nevada Pickleball Club is a non-profit organization with the mission of cultivating a community that welcomes all advocates of the sport and pursues resources to enhance player experience.
Pickleball is the fastest growing sport in America and provides a healthful level of physical activity, is easy to learn, and provides a fun way for people to connect socially.
The 1stAnnual Teachers Invitational will include skill lessons, challenge events, and round robin play. Southern Nevada Pickleball Club (SNPC) offered this event free of charge to all CCSD teachers.
SNPC envisions teacher specific leagues in the future as a way to grow the sport, support staff wellness, and aide in teacher retention.
