An innovative concept from chef José Andrés, China Poblano combines the flavors of Mexico and China to create a breakthrough restaurant experience that encompasses both authentic dishes and inspired new favorites.
China Poblano’s menu offers Chinese noodles, dim sum and soups, served alongside tacos, guacamole, and ceviche. Here the two cuisines live side by side, not as a fusion, but as an amusing mix of elements from both traditions, together in one place.
China Poblano is open for lunch, dinner, and takeout Sunday – Thursday from 11 a.m. – 10 p.m.; Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. – 10:30 p.m. and is located within The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, 3708 Las Vegas Boulevard South Boulevard Tower, Level 2.
