Enjoy unlimited sample slices from some of Las Vegas’ top pizzaiolos
Tickets will go on sale July 4 for the Las Vegas Pizza Festival, as it returns after a hiatus due to the pandemic, gathering the finest pizza innovators shaping the industry in Las Vegas. Headlined by Vincent Rotolo (Good Pie), Tony Gemignani (Pizza Rock), and John Arena (Metro Pizza), the ultimate pizza party featuring unlimited sample slices will take place Saturday, Nov. 12 from 1-4 p.m. at The Industrial Event Space (2330 Industrial Rd.).
Presented by Greco and Sons and in partnership with the Las Vegas Pizza Alliance, participants include Good Pie, Pizza Rock, Metro Pizza, Al Solito Posto, Bonanno’s New York Pizzeria, Brooklyn’s Best Pizza & Pasta, Carmine’s Pizza Kitchen, Custom Pizza Truck, Dom DeMarco’s Pizzeria & Bar, Evel Pie, Italian Graffiti, Naked City Pizza Shop, Old School Pizzeria, Pizzeria Monzu, Rebellion Pizza, Settebello Pizzeria Napoletana, Signora Pizza Truck, Snap-O-Razzo Hot Dogs, and Those Guys Pies.
Each chef will showcase their unique signature style of handcrafted pie, from classic Sicilian and Grandma to modern Detroit, New York, Chicago and more.
Pizza tossing World Champion Scott Volpe will entertain with his gravity-defying skills, with other entertainment and activities planned throughout the day.
“The first Las Vegas Pizza Festival was such an incredible event, with all of our city’s top pizza chefs showcasing what they do best and bringing the community together on the basis of a common love…pizza!” said 13-time World Pizza Champion Chef Tony Gemignani of Pizza Rock. “We truly can’t wait to bring it back again this year and remind people why Las Vegas is a heavy hitter in the pizza world.”
Early bird tickets will be on sale July 4 at vegaspizzafest.com. VIP tickets start at $85 and include early access to the event one hour before GA, complimentary beer and wine from Big Dog’s Brewing Company, CraftHaus Brewery, Glacier45 Distillery, Trustworthy Brewing Co., and West Coast Beverages, and more culinary samples in the VIP lounge. GA tickets start at $45. The last Las Vegas Pizza Festival sold out and this year is anticipated to as well. Prices will increase closer to the festival.
