BOUCHON BAKERY
Bouchon Bakery is paying tribute to the American flag this Independence Day with colorful macarons. The classic French pastry will be offered in patriotic red, white and blue options. These treats are only available at Bouchon Bakery on July 4.
BRERA OSTERIA
BRERA osteria is hitting the grill for an Italian-style barbeque and serving up some star-spangled flavor in the heart of St. Mark’s Square in the Grand Canal Shoppes. The Fourth of July family-style menu includes lamb chops, chicken, sausages, prawns and marinated vegetables with sauces on the side. This feast will be available only on July 4.
YARDBIRD
Hamburgers are an American staple and in honor of Independence Day, Yardbird is serving up a BLT Burger that features pork belly, fries, bacon salt and homemade ranch. Also on the menu is a 40 oz. Creekstone Farms porterhouse with roasted heirloom potatoes and shiitake gravy. Add a loaded baked potato with Oscietra caviar, aged cheddar, smoked bacon and fine herbs to enhance your meal. These special dishes are only available from July 2 – 4.
BRUNCH IS BACK
MATTEO’S RISTORANTE ITALIANO
By popular demand, brunch is back at Matteo’s Ristorante Italiano Friday through Sunday from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. The menu, created by Chef Angelo Auriana, offers something for everyone including a benedict with mortadella, frittata, Tuscan white bean casserole, an elevated steak and eggs with filet mignon and pancetta, as well as ricotta pancakes.
For guests on the go, Matteo’s is pleased to offer two new prix fixe menus available for lunch and dinner beginning June 18. The lunch menu is $36 per person and the dinner menu is $75 per person. See link for menus.

WATERFALL COFFEE & COCKTAILS
While water may be the most consumed beverage in the world, in Las Vegas it’s coffee and cocktails – and The Venetian Resort Las Vegas is pleased to introduce a new pop-up bar that offers both.
Opening in July, Waterfall Coffee & Cocktails, will serve coffee and tea along with pastries and snacks in the morning and Ketel One Botanical spritz cocktails in the afternoon and evening. Waterfall Coffee & Cocktails, inspired by a lush botanical garden, will be open daily from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. in the resort’s Waterfall Atrium.
