Hearthstone’s Father’s Day brunch special will be a surf ’n’ turf Benedict with beef tenderloin, sauteed shrimp and bearnaise sauce, available from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. For lunch and dinner, a flame broiled porterhouse steak paired with bacon wrapped shrimp, grilled jumbo asparagus, roasted jalapeño hollandaise sauce and chimichurri will be served. ONE Steakhouse inside Virgin Hotels Las Vegas is the second collaboration from brothers and fourth-generation acclaimed restaurateurs, Michael Morton and David Morton. As sons of the legendary Arnie Morton and father’s themselves, they know that a great steak dinner makes for a great Father’s Day. This year, treat dad to a steak dinner, where Executive Chef Patrick Munster is preparing a double Porterhouse for two. Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca, located at Green Valley Ranch in Henderson, will commemorate Father’s Day with dinner and dessert specials.

The Father’s Day menu at Bottiglia will feature Bistecca alla Fiorentina, grilled porterhouse steak served with rosemary potatoes, priced at $54. The Barbershop Cuts & Cocktails, the speakeasy inside Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, is a fully functioning barbershop with prohibition-inspired lounge secreted behind a janitor’s door. For Father’s Day, this throwback to a bygone era is pampering fathers and sons by offering 20% off all barber services for when booking appointments together.
