Bazaar Meat, Chef José Andrés’ celebration of the carnivorous, located at SAHARA Las Vegas, announces Bar Bites at Bar Centro, a special menu of food and beverage specials for guests to enjoy Friday through Saturday from 5 to 6 p.m.
The specially priced menu features an array of delicious savory bites from $3 to $22. Choose from Spanish favorites like the Croquetas de Pollo, creamy béchamel and chicken fritters; Patatas Bravas with spicy tomato sauce and alioli; and Grilled Pulpo a la Gallega, Galician-style Octopus with potatoes and alioli.
Additionally, experience the whimsical side of Bazaar with dishes like the Kobe Airbread with Kobe beef, onion jam and parmesan espuma, and Cotton Candy Foie Gras with crispy amaranth. Also available is the just-launched Bazaar Burger, featuring a blend of Wagyu short rib and brisket, topped with shredded iceberg, special sauce and pub cheese on a homemade bun and served with fries and house-made ketchup. In addition to the expansive bites menu, indulge in a refreshing cocktail, such as the Blood and Sand, featuring blended scotch, Cherry Heering, sweet vermouth and orange, or the Scarlet Pimpernel, crafted with Tito’s Vodka, Pavan, lemon juice, raspberries, mint, bitters and cava, both available for $8. Featured beers include Stella Artois and Kirin Light, and featured red and white wines are available by the glass for $8.
Bazaar Meat by José Andrés is the James Beard award-winning chef’s wild and wonderful celebration of the carnivorous that offers guests a groundbreaking culinary experience. SAHARA Las Vegas has followed a comprehensive outline of health and safety protocols under the resort’s SAHARA Cares program since reopening the property in June.
