The Stove NV, located in Henderson, Nevada, is starting 2022 with a new name, new chef, and new refined party brunch experience. The party brunch hotspot formerly known as the Stove LV is now called the Stove NV and shuttered for two weeks to retrain, rehire and fine tune the culinary experience under the reign of Chef John Baez.
Executive Chef John Baez hails from Austin, Texas, and began his culinary career working in the kitchens of celebrated chef Roy Yamaguchi after graduating from the Texas Culinary Academy’s Le Cordon Bleu program in 2004.
Chef Baez is currently residing in Las Vegas since his role with Landry’s Specialty Restaurant Division, as well as a few local ventures including El Dorado Cantina at Tivoli Village. He has accepted a new role as the Head of Operations | Executive Chef for The Stove, located in Henderson, Nevada, where he intends to continue growing the brand and its celebrated party brunch in the ‘burbs.
