Popular Green Valley Ranch cantina to host Big Game viewing party on Feb. 13
Borracha Mexican Cantina, located at Green Valley Ranch in Henderson, Nevada will host a Big Game party with drinks, appetizers and prime viewing from any seat starting at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 13.
Borracha’s Big Game celebration will feature a $95 food and beverage package including dishes such as street tacos with achiote chicken or carne asada steak, cabbage slaw and arbol salsa; empanadas with ground beef, sofrito, cinnamon and roasted tomato salsa; and chipotle buffalo wings with tomatillo ranch and fresh veggies.
Drink pairings include options such as a blood orange margarita with Horintos Plata tequila, blood orange, fresh lime juice and agave nectar; the Borracha Bowl 32-oz house margarita; a Pablo Chacon cocktail with Cazadores tequila, cucumber essence, jalapeño, lime and cilantro; and a selection of wines and draft beers.
