The rockin’ cantina will offer a festive assortment of cocktails, including a hot apple cider, crafted with apple cider, Pusser’s rum, Fireball whisky, caramel syrup, cinnamon and nutmeg; a pomegranate margarita, made with Cazadores blanco tequila, Monin pomegranate syrup, triple sec, lime juice and sweet and sour mix, served in a martini glass and garnished with a lime wheel and sugar rim; and the Peppermint Drop, mixed with Godiva dark chocolate liqueur, Maker’s Mark whisky, orchata and peppermint schnapps, served in a shot glass.
Additional cocktail selections include Sammy’s Toasted Colada, infused with Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum, Coco Lopez and pineapple juice, served on the rocks and garnished with freshly toasted coconut; the Cabo Rockin’ Iced Tea, crafted with Seagram’s sweet tea vodka, lemonade and fresh mint leaves, served on the rocks; and the Bahama Mama, made with Malibu rum, banana liqueur and orange and pineapple juice, among others.
