Zuma offers diners elegant and sophisticated Japanese cuisine, true to the izakaya experience. Designed to be shared, the $265 prix-fixe Omakase menu features items that are bold in flavor such as A5 Japanese Wagyu Tataki with Tokyo scallions and black truffle soy; Lobster Tempura with spicy ponzu and wasabi mayonnaise; and Iberico Pork Skewers and “Oyster” Chicken Yakitori. To conclude the meal, guests will enjoy a specialty dessert platter filled with chocolate truffles sure to satisfy any sweet tooth.
A bottle of Krug Grande Cuvee is available per two guests for an upgrade of $400 per person from $265. Each additional bottle for guests enjoying the Omakase is $300.
