Gordon Ramsay Steak hosts intimate dinner to welcome new Head Chef and unveils new secret menu item
Last night, Gordon Ramsay Steak at Paris Las Vegas welcomed the winner of the FOX hit culinary competition “HELL’S KITCHEN: Young Guns” and its new Head Chef, Trenton Garvey. The restaurant celebrated the new chef with an intimate dinner, where Garvey met with guests, shared stories of his time on “HELL’S KITCHEN” and unveiled his new secret menu item, exclusive to Gordon Ramsay Steak.
Garvey was announced the winner of “HELL’S KITCHEN: Young Guns” season 20 earlier this year, with the award being the head chef position at Chef Ramsay’s Las Vegas restaurant, Gordon Ramsay Steak. Now, Garvey is thrilled to start a new chapter as Head Chef at Gordon Ramsay Steak, a position once held by Chef Ramsay’s right hand, Christina Wilson.
Inspired by his time on the show, Garvey unveiled his new secret menu item, The Trenton Garvey Diver Scallops, made with seared scallops, brown sugar glazed carrot puree, pickled petite carrots, pomegranate seeds and dill oil. The new menu item is available exclusively at Gordon Ramsay Steak at Paris Las Vegas for those in the know.
