Following a stream of sold-out shows in 2019, Rock & Roll Hall of Fame legend John Fogerty made his highly-anticipated return to Wynn Las Vegas’ Encore Theater last night with the launch of his John Fogerty: Travelin’ Band residency.
Fogerty entered the stage with an energetic run, jumping into “Up Around the Bend” alongside his band while playing his electric guitar, followed by signature Creedence Clearwater Revival hits like “Green River,” where he treated the audience to a dynamic guitar solo.
In true Las Vegas fashion, Fogerty donned a lightly bedazzled blue plaid shirt and jeans. Throughout the performance, he interacted with his band onstage, playing and dancing alongside them during the high-energy show as they performed iconic hits like “Proud Mary,” “Fortunate Son” and others.
Fogerty will return to the Encore Theater with back-to-back performances this weekend on Saturday, Oct. 9, 2021 and Sunday, Oct. 10, 2021, as well as with three performances next week on Oct. 13, 15 and 16 at 8 p.m. For tickets or more information, visit www.wynnlasvegas.com.
